We serve locally farmed and sustainable ingredients whenever possible.  Thank you to all of our local farmers and producers who make this menu possible: Peterson Limousin Beef, Beeler's Pure Pork, Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, Ferndale Market, Garden Farme, Larry Schultz Organic Farm, Sonny's Ice Cream, Tiny Diner Farm, and last but not least our neighbor to the East-The Great State of Wisconsin for its wondrous Cheddar Cheese.
